چکیده
Elephantopus scaber L. is a plant that has potential as traditional medicine. Callus induction and production of secondary metabolite content can be increased by culture callus using growth regulators. This study was purposed to investigate the effect IBA kinetin concentration on profile from E. leaves. Leaves explant were cultured MS medium with various combination concentrations for 6 weeks then extracted methanol. Secondary resulting extract analyzed phytochemical screening method. The result showed treatment 2.0 mg/L 1.0 2.5 are fastest induce at 5.33 ± 0.577 days. Treatment produced highest fresh weight dry 0.7016 0.0588 grams 0.0766 0.0062 grams, respectively. morphology calluses grown during this compact colors appearance, such light green, brownish brown. methanol flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, saponins.
